Visibility

The Authentically Visible Researcher

Building a professional identity that stands out for the right reasons, in all the right places.

Researchers do not need to be the loudest people in the room to be visible. However, they do need to ensure that their expertise, interests and contributions are understood by the people they want to influence, collaborate with or support.

This practical and reflective workshop helps researchers develop a professional identity that feels authentic, communicate their work more effectively and build visibility in ways that align with their character, values, strengths and intentions.

What participants will gain

  • A clearer understanding of how professional reputation and visibility are shaped
  • Greater clarity about what they want to be known for as a professional researcher
  • Increased confidence in communicating their expertise and interests
