Meet Jenny
Jenny Brady has spent nearly two decades supporting researchers through the challenges, opportunities and uncertainties of academic life.
Drawing on experience across researcher development, enterprise education, coaching and fellowship support, she creates practical, engaging workshops that help researchers build confidence, develop new skills and take action on what matters most.
Resourceful Researchers is built on the belief that researcher development works best when people feel able to participate honestly, in a way that suits them (no weird ice breakers) and relate the ideas to their own lives, developing approaches they can actually use.
Feedback
“At last! One of those rare series of workshops that genuinely changed my behaviour for the better, improving my options and self-belief, rather than just giving me more information. Jenny knows people and she genuinely cares that you benefit from investing your time.”
Researcher, University of Manchester
